Hot Water Pressure Washing
We use an industrial grade hot water pressure washer that helps break down grease, oil stains, chewing gum, petroleum and cooking oils down to the molecular level. Hot water helps sanitize surfaces and deep cleans porous surfaces like concrete and asphalt. Hot water machines perfectly combines heat (to reduce the surface tension of the water), agitation (in the form of 3500 PSI and high volume pump), and soaps/surfactants/cleaning agents (to emulsify the liquids and bonds to the dirt and grime, helping wash it away). Our trailer mounted skid and water tank allows for cleaning even the most remote areas.

ADA Handicap Compliant Parking
When a business restripes a parking lot, it must provide accessible parking spaces as required by the ADA Standards for Accessible Design. The following are referenced in 28 CFR Part 36 from the Van-Accessible Parking Spaces Guidelines (see www.ADA.gov for full guidelines):
Van-accessible parking spaces are the same as accessible parking spaces for cars except for three features needed for vans:
• a wider access aisle (96”) to accommodate a wheelchair lift
• vertical clearance to accommodate van height at the van parking space, the adjacent access aisle, and on the vehicular route to and from the van-accessible space
• an additional sign that identifies the parking spaces as “van accessible”
One of eight accessible parking spaces, but always at least one, must be van-accessible
